A1 milk is not good. Drink A2/Desi cow milk if you can afford, else you would spend that money as medical expense later! Read further to know why

Desi cows produce A2 protein which do not release bcm7 and these also produce a amino acid called proline which inhibits creation of bcm7 in humans

while A1 cows produce A1 protein which release bcm7 and they do not produce any other thing that could inhibit absorption of bcm7 in humans. This leads bcm7 to get into our intestine after digestion which can't be completely disposed off by humans

bcm7 is found to have lots of ill effects on humans not limiting to diabetes, indigestion, limiting brain development, stroke etc.

I am referring to articles and not claiming anything on my own. Please read below for more knowledge on what I am saying:

Understanding A1 and A2 milk behavior:

https://www.researchgate.net/publication/334732932_Research_on_A1_and_A2_milk_A1_milk_is_not_a_matter_of_health_concern

In this article, they claim A1 milk has no side effects because it is not reported in EFSA report and hence other researches are not correct which is bad.

This article from Newzeland says, A1 milk could lead to type 1 diabetes and heart related issues and despite that industry is supporting A1 milk.

https://keithwoodford.wordpress.com/2010/02/20/russian-breakthrough-unravels-bcm7-mysteries/

This article show the research from Russia and publication of article in international forum peer reviewed by 12 researchers from 4 different organisations where it says milk from a1 cows could lead to slow digestion, getting bcm7 into our blood and not able to dispose it completely and lead to low brain development in kids etc..

https://keithwoodford.wordpress.com/2014/04/02/human-health-implications-of-a1-versus-a2-beta-casein-theory-and-current-evidence/

This article says:

A1 beta-casein has been implicated in a range of human health conditions, many of which have an auto-immune element to them. The health conditions include Type 1 diabetes, heart disease, mental health conditions, behaviour, child development, sudden infant death syndrome, and milk intolerances.

So please switch to A2/Desi cow milk if you can afford.

If you drink more a1 milk you could switch to less a2 milk or more diluted a2 milk which could help you improve your health condition

Indian Railways, please install swiping machines where people can use credit card/debit card for transactions. Would you?

I had been to KR Puram railway station (Railway code KJM) to book train tickets. Assuming there would be ATMs available in the vicinity of railway station, To my bad luck, hardly there were any within railway station. On enquiry, I found one AXIS bank ATM around 300 m cross road to front side of KR Puram railway station. That was under repair!

Again I went on looking for next near by ATM on the back side of railway station and I found Canara bank ATM around 200m and it agreed to give me money on swiping. Thanks to Canara bank.

Railways is the most busiest and profitable organization run by Govt. I understand it would cost them to provide swiping machines at all railway reservation counters and that require huge infrastructure..

But I believe it would benefit more to people than setting up wifi in railway stations.

It helps because:
1. People need not carry money with them and thus they need not bother about safety when carrying money
2. Government would be able to track the transactions and can document/track the money.

Suggestion to Indian railways

Open a bank account and share the account details to public and let public donate funds to Indian railways.

Why am I saying this is because of my personal experience which I am sharing below:
I had to go to a different place in a train. For some reasons I got little late and had to hurry to railway station. By the time I reached, train was already on the platform and was ready to leave in a minute. Though I knew is wrong to board the train without a ticket, I got into train's general compartment without a ticket. Luckily TT didn't come and I reached my destination. All thanks to railways. Now I knew I should pay back the fare to railways. But how would I?

I wanted to pay only fare and not fine :-P

I am not the only one who would have experienced similar situation. Though we want to buy tickets and only then board the train, queues in railway stations, and our delay in reaching stations make us board without ticket.  And all such people want to pay back for the ticket less travel.
I agree there are people who wants to use trains without giving a penny but surely more are the people who wants to give back for the service rendered by railways.

Railways might also be aware of such usage of trains.

Railways could do these to get more funds:
1. Share a valid account to which people can transfer funds using NEFT/RTGS - the advantage is people after boarding a train can transfer fare for their destination to railways and show it as a proof to TT Or as  a responsible citizen they would simply transfer the fund.
2. Railways can keep a drop box or a donation box where people can put in money for what ever good reason.

Thanks,
Venkatesh

cell phone eats the lunch

Today I was having lunch in the cafeteria. there was peace around and suddenly a tann.. tapp.. noice grabbged my attention. i turned back to find the source of noice. A lady of around 28 lost a plate of lunch in a hurry to call her friend to join for lunch, probably she was hungry. i really felt bad not because she lost a meal, but it got wasted. she was dissapointed and went to wash her hands as some part of food fell on her hands and dress.
I learnt a lesson from her experience not to use cell phone while serving the food. my cell phone beeped, but i ignored and had a peace meal.
